Review: Concentration Made Effective and Easy By David V. Bush

Bush has written extensively on practical psychology and “Concentration Made Effective and Easy” is just one of  the books that is part of a series covering the fields of success, health and happiness.

Concentration Made Effective and Easy

This book was originally published in 1925 and is part of a rare reprint book collection. The book covers topics that are surprisingly relevant, even when Bush talks about what is happening ‘in the times.’

The book is a definite read, as it provides very simple exercises to improve concentration. The exercises for improving concentration are also not all physical, Bush is also keen to include mental exercises to improve concentration. Overall Bush defines 31 exercises that can be used to improve concentration. I think what is most important about this book is that it is time-tested – the book was written during the roaring 20’s and still holds true even today.

I recommend picking up a copy at the link above.
